Description: This is a garden plant with spreading branches. Young branches are smooth, glabrous.White flowers are grouped into cymose inflorescence.White flowers blossom in the evening and fade by morning. Characteristic very pleasant fragrance.Free linear calyx. Petals fused into a narrow tube. Petal arrangement show variation, double whorled free petals (मदनबाण) or petals grouped in layers around the center (बटण मोगरा). Two stamens and stigma are completely covered in the petal tube. Style is very short.Fruits are rarely observed. Branch cutting generally survives.
